11. Google Business Profile Authorization

By authorizing ProfilePilot AI to access your Google Business Profile data, you:

• Agree that we will comply with Google's API terms of service
• Understand that you can revoke this access at any time through Google Account settings
• Accept responsibility for any actions taken through your authorized account

12. Payment and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all charges according to the pricing plan you selected
• Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination:
